This is my testimony. God can take the most broken heart, home, family and situations and fill it with his overwhelming love and you will never be the same.
Luke 11:9”And so I tell you, keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you.
A picture of someone special to me. We had our Church Christmas Gala this year at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester, MI. The special guest was Kari Jobe.
Recently I have decided to change my life and live my life for God. This is all very new to me and a daily challenge. Sometimes I get scared I might freak my self out or fake myself out. Let me tell you though, ever since 5 weeks ago since I decided to step foot in a church and make a change, that change has come. My life is being filled with love that I never felt before. Ever since I started to feel this way all I have wanted to do is share my experience. Social media is great in that aspect because you truly can share an experience with the world on the Internet and change nations.
So this blog might not even be read by one person and might never even touch one persons heart. My plan is to just write and continue to share my thoughts and hope someone can connect with my testimony and feel like there is someone out there they can talk to and that you are never alone. I have felt alone and lost…scared and depressed. I thought that was normal and everyone feels like that.
Yes, many people feel like this at one point in their life BUT that does not mean you always need to feel like that. Storms come and go and I want the storm that lingered in my life for the last 25 years to be in the distance. But to keep in mind that the storm is always near and to guard my heart and be ready for a battle when the time is right.
I will post my testimony soon, I didn’t know where I wanted to go with this blog but I hope it makes sense:)
